With Hosting Basis, all mailboxes and website forms together can send a maximum of 1.000 outgoing emails per day. The counter resets each day. Incoming email does not count; use a separate sending service for newsletters or bulk email.

For routine hosting questions, we handle Pro enquiries before comparable enquiries for Basis and Groei. For faults, the impact determines urgency, regardless of your package. How do billing, renewal and cancellation work?

When ordering online, hosting is billed monthly and domain registration separately each year. Existing agreements on included domains remain in effect. You pay for your first order with a one-off payment through Mollie. After activation, you set up direct debit separately through Mijn DustinLabs. For automatic subsequent payments, you receive the invoice at least 14 days before the debit.
