For a suitable WordPress business website, technical maintenance starts from €25 per month, including monthly installation of available updates for WordPress, the theme and plugins, a backup beforehand and checks of the agreed features. For other systems, webshops or more complex websites, we prepare a suitable proposal.

Technical maintenance for a suitable WordPress business website starts at €25 per month excluding VAT (€30,25 including VAT). This includes monthly installation of available WordPress, theme and plugin updates, a backup beforehand and checks of the agreed functions. We first assess whether your website is suitable. Other systems, online shops, additional integrations or more intensive checks receive a tailored proposal. New content or functions, outstanding repairs, hosting and paid licences are excluded from this amount.
Yes. You can also discuss maintenance for websites using a different CMS or custom-built websites. We first assess the technical condition, available access and work required. We then specify what we can maintain and the associated costs.
Website updates are separate maintenance work. Hosting includes the facilities of the selected package. We record in advance who updates your website's software and extensions.
Often, yes. We first check the technical condition, access and licences in use. If repairs or replacement are needed first, we discuss this before ongoing maintenance begins.
That is not an automatic condition. We assess whether your current hosting is suitable and what access is needed to carry out the agreed checks and recovery procedure.

Website maintenance covers agreed technical updates and checks. Digital support is available to existing customers for whom DustinLabs develops, modifies or extends a website or software, or has done so previously. Hosting or domain registration alone is not sufficient. Within the service, you can report problems without limit and receive a functionality guarantee on agreed components and a monthly bundle for changes and advice. For a clearly defined extension, you can have your website extended. For ongoing management arrangements for business software, discuss system management. We establish in advance which service suits your request.
