What you have built

A website that fits your business.

Clear for your visitor

Your services, service area and contact options are presented logically. Visitors quickly see what you can help them with.

Works well on mobile and desktop

We adapt the layout, text and forms to the screen your visitor uses to access the website.

Ready for enquiries

A short form with the right follow-up. Enquiry tracking can be connected to your advertising campaigns.

Features for your business

What should your website be able to do?

Do you want to sell products, receive payments, let people book appointments or provide customers with their own environment? We determine which functions your website or online shop needs.

Examples include forms, calculators, reservations, customer portals and integrations with your business software. You can also propose other functions; we assess what is possible in your environment.

You do not have to have everything built at once. Start with what is needed now and agree what can be added later.

Delivery agreements

What is included with your business website?

We specify in advance which pages and features will be built, who supplies text and images, and which components you can update yourself after handover. We include these components in the proposal.

Record before development

Search visibility, making your own changes and maintenance.

SEO elements for each page

The proposal specifies which pages will have page titles and meta descriptions entered, headings structured and indexability checked. This makes clear in advance what you receive. It does not guarantee a ranking or visitor count in Google.

Change text and images yourself

We agree which text, images and other components you can update yourself. At handover, you receive an explanation of those components. We also specify who manages the website accounts and what access you receive.

Maintenance and costs after delivery

Hosting, domain registration, maintenance and any paid licences are listed separately in the proposal. We agree who will perform updates and how you can request later changes. We also specify the monthly or annual costs in advance.

An online shop with clear agreements

Before development, we record the product range, variants and product entry arrangements, along with payment methods, shipping, any imports and integrations. Your proposal identifies what we configure, which content you supply and which licence, platform or transaction costs recur.

Frequently asked questions

What you want to know in advance.

What does it cost to have a website built?

A compact business website with up to seven pages and an agreed layout starts from €550 excluding VAT. We add available text and images and provide design matching your visual identity, a mobile layout, a contact form and basic Google search visibility. For new assignments, this includes one consolidated revision round. Additional copywriting, new designs and extra features are agreed separately. More pages or a more extensive design usually cost €1.250–€2.500; an extensive custom website costs €2.500–€5.000+, depending on features and integrations. An online shop starts from €2.500. A compact table reservation module can be added from €375. Hosting, domain registration, maintenance and paid licences are separate. You receive a fixed price in advance for the agreed work.

What do we agree for a webshop?

An online shop starts from €2.500 excluding VAT. We agree the product range, variants, product content, payment methods and shipping in advance. Any product import and integrations are also described and budgeted separately. The proposal states the work, what you provide, and recurring costs for hosting, maintenance, licences, the platform and payment provider.

Do I need to have text and photos ready?

No. Tell us what you already have. The proposal records which content you will supply and where you would like assistance.

Can I update my website myself?

We agree that before development. We document which texts, images and other elements you can change yourself and explain this at delivery. We discuss new features or major changes as separate work.

Who provides maintenance after delivery?

The proposal specifies who is responsible for updates and technical management, which tasks any maintenance agreement covers and what it costs. Hosting and maintenance are separate agreements. We also explain the costs and renewal terms for paid licences in advance.

How long does it take to build?

That depends on the scope and when the content is provided. We agree the schedule in advance and explain when your feedback is needed.

Can I use my own hosting?

Yes. Hosting with DustinLabs is an additional option. With existing hosting, we check in advance whether it is suitable for the website.
