From enquiry to use
We establish who uses the software, which data is needed and which actions the first version must support.
We develop the main screens and user permissions. The proposal specifies what will be built and which extensions fall outside the first version.
We test inputs, changes, error messages and access for each user role. Integrations are checked with the available systems.
We go through usage and management. For maintenance, hosting, new features and software access, we specify who does what and which costs recur.
When an essential way of working does not fit your existing software well enough. If an available module or better configuration is sufficient, we discuss that first. Custom development should address a specific missing function.
Yes, you can also come to us with existing software. Examples include fixing errors, adding features, modernising or further development. We first assess its technical condition, the available source code and access, licences and the work required. We then specify what is possible and what it will cost.

We investigate that for each system. Available API connections, export options, licences and rights determine what is possible. We document which data is exchanged and what happens if errors occur before including the integration in the proposal.
For each role, we determine which data a person may read, add or change. These agreements are enforced in the software and included in testing. A customer role can therefore have different access from a member of staff or administrator.
A compact table reservation module on a suitable website starts from €375 excluding VAT, with an email confirmation, one reminder, a cancellation link and simple management. We discuss table layouts, availability and confirmation in advance. A standalone system or tool starts from €1.500. A compact dashboard, customer portal or first scheduling version usually costs €3.000–€7.500. Larger custom projects start from €7.500; company-wide or complex systems receive an individual quote, often from €15.000. The extensive demo shows more features than a compact project. We charge no licence or booking fees for our own basic reservation module; hosting, maintenance, WhatsApp and third-party services are separate.
Before starting, we record who provides hosting, updates and support. The proposal also covers access to accounts and source code, any licences and the costs of further changes. This lets you assess in advance what you will manage yourself and what you will outsource.
