Processing personal information for your business

If you process data about customers, staff or visitors through DustinLabs, each party's role must be clear. For hosting, management or automation in which DustinLabs acts as a processor, we put a data processing agreement with an annex for your service in place before processing begins.

This includes the purpose and duration, categories of data and data subjects, documented instructions, confidentiality, security, assistance with privacy requests and data breaches, arrangements for subprocessors and international transfers, audits, and the return or deletion of data.
