Reason. You often have to ask for the same details again after receiving an enquiry.
What the visitor enters. For example, the required service, location, scope and preferred date.
What the website does. The form can show follow-up questions based on a choice and make agreed information mandatory. The enquiry arrives as an overview at the agreed destination.
What you review. You assess the enquiry and prepare the quote. The form does not accept an assignment on your behalf.

A calculator for an indicative price
Reason. Visitors first want to know which choices affect the price.
What the visitor enters. For example, quantities, dimensions and additional options.
What the website does. The calculator uses rates and calculation rules agreed in advance. The result is shown as an estimate and can be included with a request.
What you review. We test calculation examples and exceptions. You agree who maintains the rates and check an enquiry before committing to a final price.

A reservation request with all the details
Reason. Reservation enquiries arrive through scattered phone calls and separate messages.
What the visitor enters. For example, date, time, number of people and contact details.
What the website does. The website collects the request in an agreed overview or forwards it to the responsible employee. An integration with your calendar is discussed separately.
What you review. A member of staff checks availability and confirms the reservation. A request does not yet guarantee a place.

This applies to a clearly defined extension of your existing website, such as a new function. For several pages or an integration, you receive a proposal for that specific work. Does DustinLabs already carry out website or software work for you? You can then request small changes through digital support, either separately at an hourly rate or from your change bundle. We discuss an initial modification as a separate assignment.

If so, for small changes you can also choose individual assistance without a subscription or a monthly support subscription. What you want to know in advance.
What is included with a reservation module?
A compact table reservation module starts from €375 excluding VAT on a suitable existing website or a website we build for you. The basic version includes date, time and guest count, an email confirmation, one reminder, a cancellation link and simple management. We discuss the table layout, availability and confirmation in advance. We charge no licence or booking fees for our own basic module. Hosting, maintenance, WhatsApp and any third-party services are separate.
What does a website change cost?
A clearly defined website extension starts from €150 excluding VAT. For multiple pages or an integration, you first receive a proposal. Have we carried out website or software work for you, or are we currently doing so? If so, you can request small changes without a support subscription for €85,00 per hour excluding VAT, with a minimum of 15 minutes. For an initial change, we agree the work and price as a separate assignment. Afterwards, you can also discuss additional digital support.
Can you modify a website built by someone else?
Yes, you can also present a website or webshop built by someone else. We first assess the technology, available access and existing agreements. We then propose the changes that are possible.
Does my entire website need to be rebuilt?
We start with your specific question. If the existing website can support the extension well, we build on it. We discuss larger changes first.
Do you also work with systems other than WordPress?
Yes. We modify WordPress websites, other CMS platforms, webshops and custom-built websites. Which changes are possible depends on the technology, available access and any platform limitations. We assess this in advance.
Do I also need to move my hosting?
Moving your hosting is not required. We first assess whether the change can work within your existing environment.
