Cancel an ongoing service
New hosting subscriptions can be cancelled monthly with one month's notice. Domains run for a year: tell us before the next renewal that you do not want to renew. Separate agreements made previously remain applicable; statutory consumer rights take precedence.
To cancel, use the contact form. State your name, the domain or service and the date you want it to end. We will confirm the end date. Arrange the transfer of your website, domain and email before that date. Revoking a direct debit mandate is different from cancelling your service.
Withdraw from a personal online order
If you purchase a service remotely as a consumer, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after the agreement is concluded. You do not have to give a reason. You can notify DustinLabs of your withdrawal using the form below, by email or by letter. Your notification must be sent before the period ends.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, a refund is made no later than 14 days after the notice, using the same payment method unless you agree to another method at no cost to you. For the rules on performance during the cooling-off period, read article 13 of the general terms and conditions. The standard online checkout does not ask you to waive your cooling-off period.
